Who writes Samaritans Stories?

Who writes our Samaritans Stories? You do!

Whether you’re a helpline volunteer, 5K Team Captain, event participant or longtime supporter, Samaritans wants to hear why this cause is important and meaningful to you. We hope to share your thoughts on this blog to help us promote the importance of suicide prevention to those in our community. Entries can be stories about your loved one, reflections from past events, poems, quotes, pictures or videos – just to name a few. But please be creative!

Please send your submissions to Events Director, Garrett Owen, at gowen@samaritanshope.org. While we cannot guarantee that all entries will be used, we hope to hear from everyone who loves the 5K. Thank you!

And don’t miss the 15th Annual 5K Run/Walk and Family Fun Festival on September 28, 2013. Register Today!
